Scope and Acceptance of Bets

These Sports Betting Rules govern all bets placed with Frumzi’s sportsbook. They apply to all events and markets available for betting, including in‑play wagers, and determine how bets are settled, the limits applicable to winnings and stakes, and the circumstances in which bets may be voided. Frumzi reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the current Rules prior to placing a wager.

Key Definitions

• Event: A defined sports match or contest between teams or individuals as listed by Frumzi.
• Market: A specific bet type offered on an Event (e.g., match winner, total goals, handicap).
• Bet: A single selection placed on a Market, to be settled under these Rules.
• Stake: The amount wagered by the customer on a Bet.
• Odds: The price at which a Bet is accepted; a representation of the probability and potential return.
• Official Result: The result declared by the relevant governing body or, if applicable, as evidenced by official records.

General Rules

All betting information provided by Frumzi is given in good faith. Frumzi does not accept liability for errors or omissions in dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, or results. Frumzi reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to administer Markets with integrity and transparency.

• If an Event begins before the scheduled start time, only bets placed before the start of the Event (excluding specified live betting) are valid.
• If a Market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, Frumzi reserves the right to void bets placed after the actual start time (excluding specified live betting).
• Dates and kick-off times shown on the Website should be treated as guidance only.
• In the event of any inconsistency between English and non-English names used for events, teams or Market types, the English version shall prevail.
• If a team plays a different opponent than the one stated, that selection may be void at Frumzi’s discretion.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of match score and all relevant match information and to verify status before placing a bet.
• Frumzi reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for any reason; revisions are binding immediately upon posting on the Website.
• The data provided on the site (including live feeds) may be delayed or incomplete; any bet placed based on such data is at the customer’s own risk.
• Markets shown during live trading refer to the entire match, except where stated (e.g., certain live bet types). Accumulative bets within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one bet affects another.
• Where there is evidence of price, race, match or event rigging, Frumzi reserves the right to void bets or withhold payment pending investigation. Deliberate attempts to gain an advantage may also result in voiding of bets.
• No claims or disputes will be considered more than one week after a bet is finalised or two weeks after the Event is completed. Initial disputes should be raised with Customer Services, who will escalate to Trading; the Head of Sportsbook has final decision.
• Frumzi reserves the right not to offer a price on certain selections (not offered). Any bet placed on such a selection, or at odds of 1.00, may be void.

Live Betting (In-Running)

Live betting is subject to rapid changes in odds and may not always reflect the prevailing Industry price. Frumzi reserves the right to refuse or void bets where circumstances outside control cause prices to be inconsistent with the market. Bets placed during a live event may be subject to delays, and the data provided (including live television feeds) may be delayed.

• Some bets are accepted via timer-based acceptance; each such bet has a distinct countdown determined by Frumzi.
• Prices are not guaranteed for the entire event and may widen or narrow at any time; the final decision on prices rests with Frumzi.

Settlement, Results, and Disputes

Markets are generally settled shortly after the Event concludes. If no official result is available, Frumzi may settle based on the best evidence available at settlement time. If there is a conflict between official results and the results displayed on the Website, Frumzi may rely on video records to determine the correct result; if no video exists, Frumzi will use the official result published by the governing body. Frumzi will provide justification for its determination upon request.

• Disputes should be raised with Customer Services within seven days of settlement; if unresolved, the Head of Sportsbook has the final say. Frumzi may withhold payment pending investigation.
• Frumzi reserves the right to void bets or reverse settlement in cases of obvious pricing or data errors.

Abandonments, Postponements, and Venue Changes

If an Event does not begin on the scheduled start date, or is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, all bets may be void. If an Event is abandoned and not continued within 36 hours, bets on undecided outcomes may be void unless the outcome has already been determined.

Periods, Time, and Scoring

The posted duration of an Event is for reference purposes. Bets remain valid despite changes to scheduled duration, unless stated otherwise in the specific Market rules. Injury or stoppage time counted as within the relevant period; the interpretation of time is governed by the sport’s rules unless Frumzi states otherwise.

Results and Dead Heats

Where a tie is declared or a Dead Heat occurs, the stake on a selection is divided by the number of equal winners, and the full odds are applied to the divided stake as per the Market rules. If the competition rules determine a winner, those rules apply for settlement in the absence of an explicit Market rule.

Outright (Future) Bets

Outright bets relate to the eventual winner of an Event, race or tournament. If a competitor does not start, Outright bets on that competitor are void. If two or more winners are declared, the stake is divided among the winners and settled at the full odds for each winner, excluding the stake.

Maximum, Minimum, and Limits

Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by sport and Market. A bet is accepted on the basis of a single customer account. Frumzi reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

No Offers and Security

Frumzi may designate certain selections as No Offers (N/O). Abuses of the betting process or attempts to manipulate outcomes may lead to voiding of bets and withholding of returns.
